District Level CSR Committee has been setup to facilitate implementation of CSR projects in districts of Madhya Pradesh.

Committee will meet once every month and can invite representatives from other government departments/ companies. The committee will have following responsibilities:

• Creating 'Shelf of Projects' List by coordinating with various government departments in the district and sharing the 'Shelf of projects' list with Madhya Pradesh Trade & Investment Facilitation (MP TRIFAC).
• Promotion of CSR projects.
• Review of projects executed under CSR.
• Conservation and maintenance of properties/assets constructed under CSR projects.
• Reaching out to State committee for guidance for implementation of CSR projects.
• Committee can pool money received from one or more companies for a CSR project, if necessary. In case there is requirement of funds for a government scheme, committee can take decision on using CSR funds for it.
